Welcome to the Carib Christian School Library Web Page.  We are trying to encourage reading starting from the early years to ensure a successful path in a child’s educational career.  Have any questions?      Here you will also find information about up coming events that are related to the Library.  Our current schedule would be the following:

Information about the Events:

1. Reading Marathon – This is a special event, which promotes reading throughout the school.  This competition involves grades second through sixth (with the occasional first grader).  There are two divisions within which are:
   1. First Division: Second and Third Grades (occasional first grader).
   2. Second Division: Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Grades.

                                                              i.      In addition, we will be updating the current Leader for each division, monthly.  We will also be submitting the graph of the standings, this will enable the parents to keep track of their child’s standing in the competition, this will also change monthly. 

                                                            ii.      Another important detail that must be mentioned, the current Leader of that division, for the month being evaluated, will have their pictures uploaded to the website (by parental consent). 

                                                          iii.      The date that has been set for the Reading Marathon Celebration is, April 13th**.

*If anything is added within the competition, it will be announced via webpage and/or Parent Letter.
